Loving God, Loving Others, Loving Life, IN CHRIST
Dr. James Thomason, Pastor
As Pastor of this historic church, it is my calling and my joy to provide care and leadership among fellow Christians as we seek together to find
our mission and fulfill our ministry in the inner-city community where God has placed us. Proclaiming the Gospel, caring for those who are
hurting, and focusing the congregation’s energies in areas that will make a positive impact in people’s lives—this is where I devote my time
and efforts in ministry. Pam and I have been married since 1976 and the Lord has blessed us with three wonderful children.
Rev. Josh Hunt, Associate Pastor
Married to Sacha and has one son, Jude.
Josh, Sacha and Jude are excited to become part of the Anderson community and the First Baptist church Family.

empowering young people to understand their place in God's Kingdom. Amy served as Associate Pastor of Youth and Education at Drexel First
